Time to Get Organized
We are keeping busy in Tulsa preparing a ministry plan and fundraising strategy. It has been a great time of organization for us as we have been able spend time praying and strategizing for the expansion of the work God is doing through RSUM. We are excited about the things that God has in store for Right Side Up Ministries in the months to come!
Scott’s Knee Surgery
Scott tore his meniscus in June while in Pensacola, Florida for flood relief work. He will be having arthroscopic knee surgery in the next few weeks. Please be praying with us for an easy surgery and a quick recovery. We are anxious to start traveling and ministering again, but we also know that having this surgery done will allow his knee to heal properly and allow us to continue to do physically intense disaster relief work in the future.
Our ministry laptop died last week. We need approximately $1000 to replace it. If you would like to give towards this project, you can donate and put “Laptop” in your check memo line or Paypal note.
Help Us Serve Missionaries in Honduras
We are planning a trip for January 2015 to work with Ascend International Ministries in Gracias, Honduras. The missionaries we will be working alongside oversee a network of over 30 mountain churches, supporting and training local pastors as well as helping plant new churches. They also have a child rescue center in Gracias. We need to raise $3,500 for a four week trip. For more information about this project and to see how you can get involved, click here.
